Settings
Settings are open to owners and administrators, and are grouped into three sections: General, Privacy and Capabilities.
Where the agents are
Section titled “Where the agents are”Robbie is a team, and the team lives on its own Crew tab rather than in Settings. Open Crew to see every member, read what each one does, switch one off for your organisation, or write your own. Each member has a page of its own.
Channels
Section titled “Channels”Exclude any channel and Robbie stops reading it. Exclusions apply before Robbie requests anything, so an excluded channel is never fetched.
Outputs
Section titled “Outputs”Choose which file formats Robbie may produce.
External data
Section titled “External data”Robbie can pay for data from outside your organisation. This is off until you turn it on, and it needs two things: a daily budget, and a list of the categories you allow. Both start empty.
Approvals
Section titled “Approvals”Choose when Robbie asks before it acts. The default asks before anything destructive.
