Install Robbie

Before you start

You need to be a Microsoft Teams administrator for your organisation. Installing Robbie grants it permission to read messages, so it is an administrator’s decision, not an individual member’s.

Install

1. Add the Robbie app to Microsoft Teams from your organisation’s app catalog.
2. Robbie needs an administrator to grant it permission to read your organisation’s messages before it can work. An administrator grants this from Microsoft’s own consent screen.

What consent grants

Robbie reads messages in the Teams channels your organisation has not excluded. It uses them to find repetitive work and to answer questions you ask it.

You can narrow what Robbie reads at any time. See Settings.

Removing Robbie

Uninstalling the app deletes your organisation’s data from Robbie.
